Fill out the form below to make a reservation. We will confirm your reservation by email within 48 hours and send you a map and directions to our dark sky site. After you submit the reservation form you will be taken to our paypal site for payment. We encourage you to make payment to confirm your reservation. You can choose not to make payment and we will make a reservation for you and call you on the day of your tour to confirm availability. Prepaid reservations have priority.
We suggest that you book your reservation online. Our tours sell out regularly and we rarely have cancellations. . If your browser has issues with this form send email to sedonastargazing@gmail.com.
Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 24 hours in advance of primary tour date as well as tours not completed due to weather. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are afforded a 50% refund.
If you are making a reservation with a groupon or gift certificate you MUST put the number of the certificate in the comments section.
We recommend that you book early in your stay. In the event of cloudy skies we can try to get you rebooked for a following night. There is never a cancellation fee for bad weather. 100 percent refund.
